Glo Face+Body Bar aims to provide a smooth and relaxing experience for our Clients. To do this, it is required that all appointments are to be booked in advance – no walk-in’s are accepted. All Med-Spa Services are recommended to be booked as part of a package, designed to provide optimal results for the Client.

  • For Cancellations & Rescheduling, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment otherwise there is a Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee of $50.00. All deposits and services are non-refundable & non-transferable, unless we ourselves must cancel an appointment.

  • If you are experiencing ANY signs or symptoms of illness, please cancel and/or reschedule your appointment for a later date when you are feeling 100% well again. Glo Face+Body Bar holds the right to refuse service to sick Client’s to protect our Clients and ourselves.

  • If your deposit is not paid online, a deposit of $20.00 for Makeup & Acrylic Nail Services (excl. Single Features) and $50.00 for Body Contouring Services is to be paid via E-transfer to glofaceandbodybar@gmail.com, including your First and Last Name in the message box. If a deposit is not paid within 24 hours from the time of your booking, your appointment will be cancelled.

  • Please arrive on-time otherwise there is a late fee of $10.00 for anything over 10 minutes. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be cancelled/rescheduled if we have back-to-back bookings.

  • Travel is charged at a fee of $00.50/km to and from our location to yours and is only available upon request. Travel is not available for Single Feature Makeup Bookings, Skin Care Services, Body Contouring Services, Acrylic Nail Services, Waxing Services, or if we have back-to-back bookings.

  • Remaining payments can be made on the day of your appointment in person via Cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Debit, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If you are paying with any method other than Cash, a Processing Fee will be applied to your total.

  • Only Clients being serviced are allowed to attend appointments. Please refrain from bringing friends or family members with you.

  • No-show's without notice will not be served in the future.

Please allow for an additional 5-10 minutes during your first appointment to complete our consent forms.

We have a small hypoallergenic dog on-site. Please let us know if you have an allergy to dogs.

Parents: We understand that sometimes it's hard to find someone to watch your children. Please schedule your appointments with us during the days/times that you have childcare. Treat your sessions as "Me-Time" away from the family. If you absolutely must bring a child, we can only accommodate 1 child and the child must be well behaved. Please be aware that if the child breaks or damages any property, you will be 100% liable for replacement and/or reimbursement of the item(s).

 

MEDICAL CONCERNS

Certain medical conditions may not be compatible with some of our services. It is your responsibility to read through all consent forms and discuss any concerns you may have with a Health Practitioner and notify us at the time of booking/time of your appointment. It is also your responsibility to disclose any changes in your health to us before each service so that we can update your Client Profile. We do not offer medical advice. Some services can not be performed on individuals with certain medical conditions and it is under these circumstances when Glo Face+Body Bar holds the right to refuse service to anyone, to protect our Clients and ourselves.
