Glo Face+Body Bar aims to provide a smooth and relaxing experience for our Clients. To do this, it is required that all appointments are to be booked in advance – no walk-ins are accepted. All Med-Spa Services are recommended to be booked as part of a package, designed to provide optimal results for the Client.
For cancellations & rescheduling, please respect my time as a new mom and contact me at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment otherwise there is a Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee of $50.00, no exceptions.
If you are experiencing ANY signs or symptoms of illness, please cancel and/or reschedule your appointment for a later date when you are feeling 100% well again. Glo Face+Body Bar holds the right to refuse service to sick clients to protect ourselves and our space. If you show up to your appointment showing any signs of illness, your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled immediately and you will be charged a $50.00 Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee and sent home.
Payment is due in full and in cash at the end of your appointment. All payments and services are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Please arrive on time otherwise there is a late fee of $10.00 for anything over 10 minutes. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be cancelled/rescheduled if we have back-to-back bookings or other commitments and you will be charged a $50.00 Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee.
Travel is charged at a fee of $00.75/km to and from our location to yours and is only available upon request. Travel is only available for full-face makeup services if we do not have back-to-back bookings.
Only clients being serviced are allowed to attend appointments. Please refrain from bringing friends, family, or children with you.
No-shows without notice will not be served in the future.
Please allow for an additional 5-10 minutes during your first appointment to complete our consent forms.
Parents: We understand that sometimes it's hard to find someone to watch your children. Please schedule your appointments with us during the days/times that you have childcare. Treat your sessions as "Me-Time" away from the family. If you absolutely must bring a child, we can only accommodate 1 child and the child must be well-behaved. Please be aware that if the child breaks or damages any property, you will be 100% liable for replacement and/or reimbursement of the item(s).
Certain medical conditions may not be compatible with some of our services. It is your responsibility to read through all consent forms and discuss any concerns you may have with a Health Practitioner and notify us at the time of booking or time of your appointment. It is also your responsibility to disclose any changes in your health to us before each service so that we can update your client profile. We do not offer medical advice. Some services can not be performed on individuals with certain medical conditions and it is under these circumstances when Glo Face+Body Bar holds the right to refuse service to anyone, to protect our clients and ourselves.
