Your Consultation is where we discuss the areas of your body that you would like to work on. I will assess your body without any judgement (this is a body positive safe space) and create a customized plan specifically for you according to what we have discussed and agreed on. This is the perfect time to ask any questions or address any concerns that you may have. You will also thoroughly read through and sign Consent/Release Forms. We will end the Consultation by booking your first treatment session for a date and time that works best for you and your consultation fee will be deducted from your session.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of illness, please cancel and/or reschedule your appointment for a later date when you are feeling 100% well again. Glō Face+Body Bar holds the right to refuse service to sick clients to protect ourselves, our space, and our clients. You will be required to sanitize your hands upon entrance. If you’d like to wear a mask during your appointment, please bring your own. If your deposit has not been paid online, a deposit of $20.00 for Makeup Services (excl. Single Features) and $50.00 for Body Contouring Services is to be paid via E-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. If a deposit is not paid within 24 hours of your booking, your appointment will be cancelled. All deposits and services are non-refundable & non-transferable. Please arrive on-time otherwise there is a late fee of $10.00 for anything over 10 minutes. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be cancelled/rescheduled if we have back-to-back bookings. Remaining payments can be made on the day of your appointment in person via Cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Debit, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If you are paying with any method other than Cash, a Processing Fee will be applied to your total. Only Clients being serviced are allowed to attend appointments. Please refrain from bringing friends or family members with you. No-show's without notice will not be served in the future. *We have a small hypoallergenic dog. Please let us know if you have an allergy to dogs.
